This is a lovely three bedroom ground floor condo at bayhouse condos on Little Bay. The spacious master bedroom has a queen-size bed, full closet, and cable TV the bathroom has a private master bathroom. The second bedroom has a full-size bed with the 2nd guest room featuring 2 twin beds The connected bathroom has a vanity and a full bath.It also has a vanity and sink, a full closet, a linen closet with towels and bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is fully furnished with refrigerator, range, eating, and cooking utensils and a coffee maker.
The spacious living room has a reclining chairs, a plush sofa, big and comfortable enough to sleep on, and a HD flat-screen cable TV.
The masted bedroom and the living room have sliding doors to access the patio. The patio has comfortable patio furniture and a small table to enjoy snacks and drinks. It's located right in front of the pook looking over your boat slip which is just a few steps away. The covered patio is a great place to sit at sunrise and have a cup of coffee and watch for the dolphins with only the sounds of seabirds. In the evening you're on the shaded side.
Bayhouse condominiums have 2 private pools, lighted barbecue area near the water, and a lighted fish cleaning stand, as well as private tennis courts for you to use.
