Description
Charming coastal home in the popular Rockport community of Holiday Beach. Located on a canal with easy access to beautiful Copano Bay. This stilt style home features an open floor plan with the living, dining and kitchen areas along with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. A separate downstairs entrance opens to a large bedroom and bath. Lots of outdoor seating upstairs and downstairs to watch the sunsets.
The space
Tie a boat up at the dock on the canal behind the house. Easy access to fishing in Copano Bay or fish right off the dock. There is a dusk to dawn greenlight to help with that! Use the handy fish cleaning station to prepare your catch and cook it on the gas grill. A propane tank is provided that you are welcome to use and/or refill if needed.
The house is situated in the center of 3 lots so there is lots of room for outdoor activities. If you prefer the indoor life there is free wifi, cable, books and board games for your enjoyment.
