The migrating birds are great to watch every spring and fall from the shaded back porch. Hummingbirds, Painted Bunting, Indigo Bunting, Orioles, Cardinals, Goldfinches, Mockingbirds, and Red Shouldered Hawks have all visited the back garden! You don’t even need to move from your patio chair to enjoy a great variety of birds. This home is close to the Fulton and Rockport harbors and the owners love catching local fish and crab or buying them fresh off the boats. A fireworks 'peekaboo view' can be seen off the back porch on July 4th. Rockport Beach Park and the Festival grounds are just a short 3 minute drive from the house.
