$140 Housekeeping Fee
Rental Damage ($39) Insurance or large security deposit will be required at booking.
Travel Insurance is available and highly recommended.

PAYMENT: 50% due at time reservation is made. Remaining balance is due 30 days before you arrive.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made prior to 30 days before arrival date will receive a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.
